ALAMOvoice (the "Service") is a hosted voice agent for businesses, operated by ALAMO Artificial Intelligence Labs LLC, a Texas limited liability company ("we", "us", "ALAMOai"). The Service provides a dedicated business phone number, an AI-powered voice agent that answers inbound calls, lead and booking capture, SMS and email notifications, and an associated customer dashboard.
You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to bind any business entity you sign up on behalf of. The Service is intended for legitimate business use only.
You may cancel at any time from the customer dashboard or by emailing us. The Service remains active through the end of the paid period. We may also terminate or suspend your account for material breach of these Terms, abuse of the platform, failure to pay, or use that violates applicable law.
You agree NOT to use the Service for:
Inbound calls handled by the voice agent are recorded for quality, transcription, and customer download. Recordings are retained on ALAMOai backend infrastructure for up to 24 hours after a call ends, after which they are automatically deleted. Customers may download recordings to their own device during that window. You are responsible for complying with call-recording disclosure laws applicable in your jurisdiction.
When you bring your own LLM provider key, conversational transcripts are sent directly to your chosen provider (Anthropic, MiniMax, etc.) and that provider's data policies apply. ALAMOai does not store LLM transcripts beyond 7 days in either BYOK or hosted-brain modes. After 7 days, only structured lead/booking metadata is retained.
Structured records captured by the voice agent (caller name, callback number, requested service, message text, timestamp) are retained perpetually in your customer dashboard unless you request deletion or close your account.
Payment processing is handled entirely by Stripe. ALAMOai does not store full card numbers. We receive only the metadata required to operate your subscription.
The Service sends SMS alerts to you and, optionally, replies on your behalf. SMS sender registration under 10DLC is pending; until completed, message throughput may be limited and certain content categories may be filtered by carriers. You agree to comply with all CTIA messaging guidelines and applicable consumer-protection laws.
ALAMOai retains all rights to the Service, its software, the character voice clones, and related infrastructure. You retain all rights to your business content (greetings, brand name, customer data). You grant ALAMOai a limited license to use your content solely to operate the Service for you.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ALAMOAI'S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID TO ALAMOAI IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You agree to indemnify and hold ALAMOai harmless from any claim arising out of (a) your misuse of the Service, (b) your violation of these Terms, or (c) your violation of any third-party right, including TCPA and call-recording laws.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflicts-of-law principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Hood County, Texas.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated by email or dashboard notice at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
