We're self-hosted on a single VPS in Texas. No big-tech middleman, no OpenAI dependency, no Vapi rake on top of Twilio on top of your bill. The full stack — telephony (Telnyx), speech (Cartesia), language (Anthropic Claude), voice (Minimax custom clones), orchestration (Pipecat) — runs on infrastructure we own and control. If a vendor changes their pricing or pulls support, we have the receipts to swap them out without you noticing.
We started in Granbury because that's where the founder lives. Customer #1 is Angelica's Studio, a skin and hair salon two miles from our office.
